Use of the service

You may use Leap Role to tailor your own resume, analyse your match against job descriptions, and track your job-search applications. You agree not to (a) upload other people’s resumes without their permission, (b) automate access to the service beyond ordinary browser use, or (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or other access controls.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Our resume tailoring pipeline uses large language models to generate text. We run deterministic checks against your stored resume to flag claims that may have drifted from your actual experience, but no automated check can guarantee perfect accuracy.

You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated word before you send it to an employer. Where our interface flags content as “review recommended” or surfaces an advisory note, please take that seriously.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from /account. Initiating account deletion immediately cancels your active subscription without a refund for the unused remainder of the current billing period; we will not auto-renew after cancellation. Standard subscription cancellation (without account deletion) is available via the Stripe Customer Portal and follows Stripe’s standard end-of-period semantics.

Availability and changes

We operate the service on a best-effort basis and do not currently offer an uptime SLA. We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms or to the privacy policy will be communicated to active users via email before they take effect.
